The production tabs are divided by profession : Programmers, Artists & Designers + Producers.
For each tab, the objective is to list the tasks as planned, in progress, and finished.
We also have a description, an estimation of the time needed, the risk related to the task, the priority, and which team member will have to do it.

As i really wanted to keep the tool simple and easy handle, i've set-up drop down menus, conditional formatting, and filters to keep only the relevant information displaked.
This is the Feature list. Mainly used by programmers.
This is the sprite list, used by artists.
This is the Document list. Used by Designers and also Producers.
All documents are stored in the project Drive and links are available to find them without any additionnal navigation.
This is the sound list : used by sound designers.
